Rev. Eddie Lee McCord started his 50 some years as an ordained Baptist minister in Bates when he stood in for a sick pastor at only 13 years of age. Eddie and his wife, Margie have 2 sons, Bobby and David, 3 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Bobby had a son John who died of an accident in his late teens. |
